Job Description
- Responding to enquiries about an issue, project or service over the phone, in person and via email.
- Logging information about enquiries, issues and complaints.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports.
- Gathering information about products and services.
- Performing general administrative duties such as filing, copying, filling out paperwork.
- Assisting in the monitoring of schedules, budgets and timelines.
- Issuing invoices and reviewing incoming invoices against goods and services provided from clients.
- Creating and updating clients databases.
- Coordinating with vendors for needs, transportation, supplies, materials and onsite services
- Research potential vendors.
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Review quality of purchased products.
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, transportation and Hotels.
- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
- Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.
