Senior Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer

As part of a highly-skilled, multidisciplinary engineering team, you will be responsible for supporting and in the installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and design of Motors, Generators, and Pumps throughout all engineering phases along with drawing and documentation work.

Preferably to have an experience in boilers operations.

Must have depth and detail knowledge about Electrical Appliances (Motors, Generators , Pumps,)

Must know about MCC of High and Low Voltage (Panels, soft starter, rely , circuit Design, any modification in the Circuit if required. Any deletion or addition in the Existing Panels. Breakers, testing and Meggering of Motors)

Installation, Calibration, and loop checking of the field instruments (Emerson Rosemount, ABB, Honeywell, Yokogawa), F&G detectors, liquid & gas analyzers and valves.

Troubleshooting, Maintenance, and calibration of actuators, ON/OFF and control valves (Pneumatic, Hydraulic, MOV, NRV).

Reviewing Control Philosophy, Logic Diagrams, Cause & Effect diagrams, P&ID, Instruments list, Instrument Hookup, Cable Schedule and other design documents and drawings.

Excellent knowledge in F&G, PLC, DCS, SCADA, RTU and ESD systems.

Expert in handling Multimeters, Calibrators, Current Injectors.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning and Troubleshooting low voltage pumps, motors, panel boards and other electrical systems.

Coordinating daily maintenance activities like preventive, predictive and breakdown with concerned internal team and end user.
