Translator & Content Writer

• Conducting in-depth research on company-related topics in order to develop original content.
• Developing content for company profile, product descriptions, social media, and the company website.
• Assisting the Corporate Communications team or other departments in developing content and preparing reports
• Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
• Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
• Conducting keyword research and using best practices to increase traffic to the company website.
• Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
• Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content.
• Write clear marketing copy to promote company products/services.
• Prepare well-structured drafts using applicable Systems.
• Coordinate with designing teams to illustrate articles.
• Conduct simple keyword research and use guidelines to increase web traffic.
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone).
• Review and update website content as needed.
• Maintain a competitive market knowledge and create new content to assist company campaigns.
• Provide quality assurance testing for new/updated templates, digital components, and content management system and supporting technologies
• Focus on both the details and the big picture—fixing the smallest of errors that have been overlooked while retaining the overall theme and intent of the content
• Use expertise with style guides and language syntax to fix inconsistencies and errors in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and design
• Provide quality assurance for optimal customer experience by ensuring that page content meet standards for content
• Validating all page elements such as links, videos, images, and page layouts
• Fixing spelling, grammatical, stylistic, punctuation, and structural mistakes that have been overlooked while preserving the tone of the article and ensuring it meets the readers’ intent.

• Fact-checking to ensure the work provided is reliable and that it contains relevant, valuable information.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, English literature or any related field.

• At least 1 year experience in similar job is preferred.

• Bilingual - Arabic & English and to be able to prepare and translate letters and create contents.

• Excellent computer skills generally for using Ms. Office applications and any other related systems.

• Excellent typing skills.

• Professional level of communication and presentation skills.
