HSE Officer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled HSE Officer to ensure that our company complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The HSE Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring HSE policies and procedures to promote a safe and healthy work environment.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Investigate accidents and near misses to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences.
- Provide HSE training to employees and ensure awareness of safety protocols.
- Maintain records of all safety incidents, near misses, and inspections.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety,
• Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Certification in HSE management (e.g., NEBOSH) is preferable.
• Proven experience as an HSE Officer or similar role.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication skills
• Emergency management
