Field Specialist - Thru Tubing

Job Summary:
The Field Specialist - Thru Tubing is responsible for providing expert technical support, guidance, and supervision on all aspects related to thru tubing operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met.

Job Responsibility:
- Conducting thorough assessments of thru tubing equipment and tools to ensure they are in proper working condition
- Providing on-site technical expertise and support during thru tubing operations, troubleshooting any issues that may arise
- Collaborating with engineering teams to optimize thru tubing processes and techniques
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols during operations
- Training and mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in thru tubing operations

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.
• Proven experience in thru tubing operations, with a focus on well intervention and completion.                                       
• Strong technical knowledge of thru tubing equipment, tools, and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
• Effective communication and team leadership skills
  Certification in relevant HSE training is a plus.
